The web is likely the first place your property will be seen by almost every buyer that comes to view it. An established and cutting edge web presence has become an absolute necessity for the realtor who wants to be at the top of the game. This is not to say that traditional marketing is not a necessity, it is. There were 7,877 households out of which 25.8% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 51.1% were married couples living together, 11.2% had a female householder with no husband present, and 33.9% were non-families. 28.8% of all households were made up of individuals and 12.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
