A native Texan, David Hood received his BA in Economics from The University of Texas, right here in Austin. An adventurer at heart, David and his wife moved to Vail, Colorado where they lived until 1996.

David threw himself into his career managing upscale commercial properties, with a strong emphasis on negotiating, budgeting and forcasting. Little did he know that this would prepare him to be a success in his long-time passion, real estate investing.
