Franklin is a city in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, United States. Franklin is a suburb of Milwaukee with a population of 29,494 as of the 2000 census. Franklin is nine miles (14 km) from downtown Milwaukee and four miles (6 km) from General Mitchell International Airport, close to Interstate 94.
